It needs to have at least one transfer to any regional rail and/or regional Bus Shuttle 2. Has a reasonable population size (≥55k pop. [exceptions are possible]) 3. Have a visual distance between the new station and a pre-existing one unless it makes sense to have proximity (exceptions may be applied) 4. Shouldn't overlap with any other system except for regional rail/bus shuttle, and/or be exempt by the map's owner.
