The Yuma County Link Connector is a commuter rail connecting all of the county together. It uses pre-existing railroad tracks for its entire alignment, however the eastern half of its route is shared with current Amtrak services. The Y Streetcar uses small cars, like the Tempe Streetcar. The U line uses longer trains of cars, like with the Valley Metro Light Rail. The M line is BRT connecting Yuma with the colonias closer to the border. To make it a full LRT all the way to Yuma Station is overkill. The A line.... also uses small cars! But it covers more dense ground, so who knows? Of course, like with my Tucson system, each line has its sibling shuttlebus line to service other destinations that are otherwise not feasibly accessible by the main lines. Each line takes a color from either the American flag or the Mexican flag. The commuter rail is the yellow of the Arizonan flag to tie it all together.
