Much Better DFW Idea (WIP)

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Much Good Dallas Idea, I took the map, added the rest of the Metroplex, and gave everyone buses (and, by extension, trams) like if they were the next fentanyl. Yup, this is Much Better DFW Idea! If this is not overkill, then I do not know what is. The former right-of-way for DART has been preserved and expanded upon. The DCTA's A-Train has been absorbed into DART's Green Line and is substituted with the B-Train. On June 15, 2025, I calculated the sizes for the yards in Much Good Dallas Idea. Sizes vary depending on measurement due to rounding. Cedar Valley Yard: 3,532,000 square feet (81.08 acres; 328,130 square meters) Duncanville Yard: 7,890,000 square feet (181.1 acres; 733,000 square meters) Halifax Yard: 669,000 square feet (15.26 acres; 62,150 square meters) Hockaday Yard: 3,020,000 square feet (69.33 acres; 280,570 square meters) Kleberg-Rylie Yard: 2,625,000 square feet (60.26 acres; 243,870 square meters) Northwest Yard: 1,186,400 square feet (27.24 acres; 110,220 square meters) Norwich Yard: 5,070,000 square feet (116.4 acres; 407,020 square meters) Parkdale Yard: 2,148,000 square feet (49.31 acres; 199,560 square meters) Strip Yard: 1,980,100 square feet (45.46 acres; 183,960 square meters) Valley View Yard: 4,050,000 square feet (92.98 acres; 376,250 square meters) Zacha Yard: 2,529,000 square feet (58.06 acres; 234,950 square meters) For the Fort Worth section, lines are adapted from "Fort Worth, Texas, United States" by Jasper Tang, "Fort Worth Metro" by Daniel Lim, "Dallas, Texas, United States" by A J, "Fort Worth, Texas, United States" by ThrowBackFrog (both maps).
