This is development and extension of the previous network, two new lines have been added while two existing routes have been split and extended. The lines and stops are as follows:
T1: Exminster - Exeter St Davids - Airport - Topsham (- Exmouth)
Exminster - Marsh Barton - St Thomas - Exeter St Davids - Central - St James Park - Pinhoe - Cranbrook - Exeter Airport (Clyst Honiton) - Westpoint - Clyst St Mary - Topsham (- Exton - Lympstone Commando - Lympstone Village - Exmouth)
T2: Crediton - Exeter St Davids - Digby - Topsham - Exmouth
Crediton - Newton St Cyres - Cowley - Exeter St Davids - Central - St James Park - Polsloe Bridge - Digby - Newcourt - Topsham - Exton - Lympstone Commando - Lympstone Village - Exmouth
T3: Exeter - Dawlish - Newton Abbott
