Alternative Rail Routes for Alto

Planned routes and Alternative routes for ALTO, more specifically in the Ottawa-Montreal portion. There's a few old lines that have been converted to recreational trails, that are well suited for the Alto project. With the other segments, I tried to reduce the use of current owned rail as they're primarily owned by freighters, which aren't well suited for HSR and complicates right of way, scheduling and above all, effectiveness of the High Speed. Primarily did so by following current transit power lines as they have the most straight routes from city to city.
