A complete map of the MBTA rapid transit system as presented on all official maps as of 6/2024, excluding "key" bus routes, for use as a base in creating fantasy maps. This map comes with as precise waypointing as is available. All walking transfers between lines of 5 minutes or less are shown.
The only omissions are the full SL1 loop, and the SL1 and SL3 loop to the Ted Williams tunnel, both due to their complexities.
Line colors are official via the MBTA brand guidelines. The Red Line branches (and Mattapan Line), Silver Lines, and Green Line branches all use shades of the official color for visual distinction.
Station names are nearly all official, with only the addition of "Square" or "Street" in places where it's geographically relevant (for example, Porter Square and Arlington Street instead of the official names of Porter and Arlington).
