Order of priorities here would be:
1) Camrail from Buea to Douala (including Buea with the idea of tying the country back together from the Anglophone Crisis), Limbé BRT, ferry
2) Camrail extensions to Dschang (mostly following existing paths) and Ngaoundéré (same), northern segment connecting Garoua and Mokolo
3) Camrail extension to Bamenda, northern extension from Mokolo to Kousséri (connecting all the major northern cities)
4) Last Camrail leg from Garoua to Ngaoundéré, Green Line 1, Blue Line to Kribi
5) HSR between the big cities
6) Green Line 2
And I guess the Douala and Yaoundé metros throughout.
NOTES:
Latest additions: Starting to flesh out a Yaoundé metro, added a ferry because I love a good ferry
Ferry: Imagining this as more of a tourist thing, with Souébala as an entry point to the reserve there.
Future additions: Could always add a metro for other large cities, a North/Far North regional system, maybe some suburban stuff in the Douala/Buea area, other smaller regional lines
