#4: Scranton Metro + Commuter Rail

Scranton already has a solid amount of rail infrastructure in place, and with rail service (hopefully) going to be restored later this decade, I thought it would be nice to create a metro/commuter rail system for this city. Think of SEPTA when you see this map: there's a good number of stations, but the lines also extend pretty far. :)
