This is my complete proposal for the Mega Manila Transit System to be completed within the 21st century which aims to make high-quality transit accessible to all. Since our home region is too huge to be managed by a single agency, there will be provincial transit divisions managing local transit under the banner of the New Manila Railroad. Systems involved: 1. New Manila Railroad (MRR) - Named after the predecessor company of PNR, this shall serve as the backbone of Mega Manila's regional and commuter rail network. 2. Batangas Transit Administration (BTA) - Shall assume operations of rail and bus rapid transit lines in the province of Batangas and shall support neighboring Laguna, Quezon and Cavite provinces. It shall be comprised of 3 subdivisions: a. Nasugbu Sub - Headquarters and main railyard in Nasugbu, this will serve the flatlands west of Taal Volcano and Mataas na Gulod with rail links to rural southwestern Cavite. b. Lipa Sub - Centered around the proposed Lipa station behind La Salle Lipa, it is a network of tram and regional rail lines based around the German S-Bahn model, connecting eastern Batangas around the San Juan River valley to the neighboring Laguna. c. Batangas City Sub - Headquarters at the proposed Batangas Regional Rail Terminal in Batangas City, main railyard at the. Shall serve southern Batangas with links to neighboring Quezon province. 3. Bulacan Transit Network (BTN) - Shall serve Bulacan. Comprised of two subdivisions: a. Angat Sub - Concenterated on the central Bulacan plains surrounding Angat River. Headquarters at Balagtas NSCR station and main railyard near Bustos. b. Tungkong Mangga Sub - Shall serve eastern Bulacan. Headquarters at Tungkong Mangga L7 station. 4. Cavite Transit System (CTL) - Comprised of two subdivisions: a. Kawit Sub - To serve coastal Cavite through a network of elevated passenger and freight lines. Concentrated at the proposed Zapote interchange with its main railyard near Kawit. b. Dasmarinas Sub - Shall serve interior Cavite between Imus and Tagaytay with rail links to neighboring Laguna and Batangas. Main hub shall be at Pala-Pala station in Dasmarinas and its main yard near Silang. 5. Laguna
