Amtrak 2050+

This expands my Amtrak (with waypoints) map and adds future corridors. Many of them will come from Amtrak's recent planning documents, along with some of my additional ideas. Some existing lines would also see updates. + = new line ++ = rerouted or extended line * = new station I also made all state-supported line as commuter/suburban rail even though it tanks the score (but increases ridership dramatically). For the new lines, stations will be placed first followed by waypoints.
