Short haul props [yellow]: ATR-42 (max range: 750 nm) ATR-72 (max range: 750 nm) DHC-6 Twin Otter (max range: 500 nm) - used on unpaved strips Short/medium haul jets [green]: Airbus A220-300 (max range: 3400 nm) Embraer E195-E2 (max range: 3000 nm) Medium/long haul narrowbody aircraft [red]: Airbus A321neo (max range: 4000 nm) Airbus A321XLR (max range: 4700 nm) Boeing 737-800 (max range: 2900 nm) Boeing 737-900ER (max range: 2900 nm) Boeing 737 MAX 9 (max range: 3300 nm) Boeing 737 MAX 10 (max range: 3100 nm) Widebody aircraft [blue]: Airbus A330-300 (max range: 6300 nm) Airbus A350-900 (max range: 8300 nm) Boeing 777-300ER (max range: 7300 nm) Boeing 777-9 (max range: 7300 nm) Boeing 787-8 (max range: 7300 nm) Boeing 787-9 (max range: 7500 nm) Some routes would be used by more than one aircraft category, so for those routes the most common aircraft category is used to symbolize it. For example, LOS-ABV is primarily operated by the 737 MAX family, but occasionally sees 777, 787, or A330 Exception: A route is colored green if it has at least one jet flight a week, even if the other flights per week are on props. It also includes subsidiary Juba Air (based in South Sudan). Juba would also be used as a connecting hub from smaller Horn of Africa airports to Nigeria and beyond.
