[WIP] Fantasy Stadtbahn Rhein-Ruhr

[WORK IN PROGRESS] What if someone suddenly decided that the Stadtbahn was the way to go after all? This fantasy map is mostly an expansion and restructuring of the existing Stadtbahn networks (except for Mönchengladbach; they get a brand-new system). The line numbering system also stays mostly unchanged; as before, the first digit in a double- or triple-digit line number corresponds to the city: 0: Krefeld 1: 2: 3: Bochum 4: Dortmund 5: Mönchengladbach 6: 7: Düsseldorf high-floor 8: Düsseldorf low-floor 9: Duisburg Once again, Mönchengladbach is an exception; for the system to work, the city would have to rename their bus lines to start with 5 instead of 0, so 001-099 becomes 501-599. The single-digit lines are the unnecessarily long core lines, connecting the big cities and everything that lays in between. They operate exclusively on high-floor vehicles and have a service interval of 10 minutes or better. The double-digit lines run within cities. They are either high-floor or low-floor.
