NYC gets bombed a bunch in a future WW3. Most of the subway tracks are intact, but the el’s are mostly destroyed. The Metropolitan Transit Authority is tasked with rebuilding the subway. Most trunk lines have reduced capacity due to mass amounts of rubble on tracks, leaving some sections single-tracked or fully blocked. Bustituting is extremely hard as the roads are in horrible condition. It’s gotten so bad that Queens and Staten Island are densifying. The MTA has a limited budget. They are unable to clear out the tracks. However, they are able to make minor changes to service and build small projects. Trains can go from A Division to B Division track too. Ok enjoy the map!
Restored tracks:
Connections with 42nd St Shuttle to 7th Ave line and Lex Ave lines
Merge with Astoria Line and Flushing Line restored
Merge with Jamaica Line and Canarsie Line
