The monorail in Las Vegas is only on the east side of the Strip and we wont ever get a metro ON the strip so the solution is a monorail on the WEST side of the strip. ROW (rights of way) will use many existing peoplemover trackage and stations and will try to be as useful as possible while being somewhat realistic. Also, an extension of the existing monorail goes to the airport like it should.
