Just a overly compressive dream map of Twin cities transportation and some other parts the upper Midwest/rust belt areas TCX (Twin Cities Express) Is an automated metro similar to Montreal's REM and Vancouver Skytrain Trunk line frequencies up to 2 minutes with Branch Line frequencies at 4-8 minute headways. DT Minneapolis Loop is an elevated Quad Track setup with exit/entry loop stations having a 6 track set up. The Orange Line is the only exeption with a under ground DT running section. ALL TCX lines would be connected to skyways including DT MSP, Midtown Exchange, and Normandale Lake with platforms being enclosed. LRT's Are legacy LRTs kept for local service some with modifications and re-alignments Tram/Trollies Use abandoned or low usage rail lines along with some street running to allow for alternative or expanded networks except 1 line that is a historical trolly line BRT's More so on the BRT Light but with Some Transit malls stratigic bus lanes and existing busways Minnesota Northern Lines 3 intercity lines using conventional trains to allow for alternative access to greater Minnesota cities that U-Bahns between Minneapolis and St. Paul. Also one High Speed Rail line (Star of the North) between MSP and Chicago with stops at La Crosse, Madison, and Milwaukee. 2 Commuter lines as well using regional indiginous descriptors of "North" as the identifier of the lines Other city lines are just guesses and fun add on ideas as I grow the network out more and more.
