•What passenger rail in the Midwest could look like :)
 - These are regional services that would operate up to 125 mph (~200 kph) 
 - Services are divided into divisions for on-time performance purposes 
 - Services would be operated by Amtrak and financially supported by the states (No Privatization:)) 
 - Services  would be electrified at 25 kV 60 Hz AC (See Below). All other services would utilize dual-mode trainsets

 - On-board amenities would include dedicated bike racks, high speed WIFI, and food & beverage services
